What's NewPriority Setting & Resource Allocations Process The HIV Services Planning Council met on July 9, 2010 to decide upon priorities and allocations for grant year 2011-2012 (March 1, 2011 – February 28, 2012). Ryan White Part A funds are to be used to address health care and support services gaps for persons living with HIV/AIDS. According to the most recent reauthorization of the law, at least 75% of the funds must be expended on core medical services. The Council welcomes your feedback on the proposed allocations.
