Who can apply for membership?

The Council is composed of diverse individuals including service providers, public health officials, and People Living with HIV. You may be eligible to become a Council member if you:

are knowledgeable about HIV policy or services needs.

are experienced in community planning.

are a person living with HIV who would like to bring their experience to benefit the planning process

Priority Setting & Resource Allocations Process

The HIV Services Planning Council met on July 10, 2009 and decided upon priorities and allocations for grant year 2010-2011 (March 1, 2010 – February 28, 2011). Ryan White Part A funds are to be used to address health care and support services gaps for persons living with HIV/AIDS. According to the most recent reauthorization of the law, at least 75% of the funds must be expended on core medical services. The final allocations for FY 10-11 are posted below.
