The Council is currently seeking new members who are black, African American or Latino/a. Members may be asked to participate in a committee or work group to complete specific tasks. More» Priority Setting & Resource Allocations Process The Council has completed the Priority Setting and Resource Allocations (PSRA) process for Grant Year 2009-2010 (March 1, 2009 – February 28, 2010). Ryan White Part A funds are to be used to address health care and support services gaps for persons living with HIV/AIDS. According to the most recent reauthorization of the law, at least 75% of the funds must be expended on core medical services. The final allocations for FY 09-10 are posted below.
