What's New

Priority Setting & Resource Allocations Process

The Council has begun the Priority Setting and Resource Allocations (PSRA) process. Ryan White Part A funds are to be used to address health care and support service gaps for people living with HIV/AIDS. According to the most recent reauthorization of the law, at least 75% of the funds must be expended on core medical services.


How to Provide Input:

  • You may provide feedback to this proposal or the accompanying justifications (see below) to terry.l.bonnett@co.multnomah.or.us
  • If you are suggesting changes, it is most helpful if you also provide justifications for those suggested changes.
  • Please note that allocations are made to service categories, not to specific service providers.

  • July 2 Council Meeting
    4-7:30pm

    Southeast Health Center
    3653 SE 34th Ave (off Powell Blvd)

    Final decisions will be made at this meeting. All Council meetings are open to the public and include time for public testimony (generally limited to 2 minutes per speaker).
